Trust Center

Security, privacy, and consent are foundational to VoiceMaster. We build for the communities we serve, protecting their voices, their data, and their rights at every step.

Security

Built secure by default

Security is engineered into every layer of the platform, from infrastructure to application to data.

Encryption

All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+. Customer-managed encryption keys are available for enterprise customers.

Access Controls

Role-based access control with least-privilege defaults. Every API key and user action is scoped to explicit permissions.

Audit Logs

Immutable audit logs capture every user, API, and system action with timestamps, IP addresses, and actor identity. Exportable for compliance reviews.

Data Retention

Configurable retention policies let you control how long recordings, transcripts, and generated content are stored before automatic deletion.

Privacy

Your data, your control

We treat voice data as deeply personal. Organizations and individuals retain control over their data and their voice rights at all times.

Data Controls

Organizations control their data lifecycle. Export, redact, or delete recordings, transcripts, and voice clips at any time.

Consent Management

Built-in consent capture for voice recordings. Every clip is tagged with consent status, and clips without consent are automatically excluded.

Voice Rights

Contributors retain ownership of their voice. Licensing is explicit, revocable, and tracked. Voice cloning requires separate, documented consent.

Compliance

Regional compliance

We comply with the data protection laws of the regions we serve, with ongoing investment in new certifications.

Ghana Data Protection Act

Full compliance with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

GDPR

EU General Data Protection Regulation compliance for European users.

SOC 2 Type II

Audited security, availability, and confidentiality controls.

Regional Compliance

Support for data residency requirements across African regions.

Responsible AI

Responsible AI principles

We are building speech intelligence for African communities. That responsibility shapes how we design, train, and deploy our models.

Transparency

We disclose when AI is used for transcription, translation, and voice generation. Users always know when they are speaking to an AI agent.

Fairness

We actively work to reduce bias across languages and dialects, with ongoing evaluation of model performance for underrepresented languages.

Human Oversight

High-stakes use cases — like police statements — include human review workflows. AI augments, never replaces, human judgment.

Voice Integrity

Voice cloning is gated behind explicit consent and watermarking. We do not allow impersonation or deceptive use of cloned voices.

Incident reporting

If you discover a security vulnerability or believe your data has been compromised, please report it to us immediately. Our security team monitors all reports and responds within 24 hours. We acknowledge every report and keep you informed throughout the investigation.

For responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities, we offer recognition and rewards through our bug bounty program.
